Will my free account expire?
No, the free plan includes one exam, 10 students, and unlimited takes of that exam. Exam Professor will not cancel free accounts and you can continue to use it for as long as you would like.
Can we pay by check?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Each month, an invoice is available in your account as PDF or Excel for your records. If you must pay with a check or purchase order, please contact us. We cannot process orders by phone.
If we sign up half-way through a month, will we be charged the full amount?
No. We will not bill your account until day 30 from the day you sign-up. Your sign-up date will remain your billing date each month. You can cancel at any time.
What happens if we upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in the middle of a billing cycle?
If you upgrade or downgrade, you will be charged the new rate for your new plan starting on your next billing cycle. If you cancel, you will be canceled immediately and you won't be charged again.
If we cancel, will you refund our current months charges?
No. We do not issue refunds for payments that have already been taken. If you want to cancel, make sure to do it before the day of the month you are initially signed up so you do not get charged.
Can I get my data out if I want to discontinue using Exam Professor?
Yes, you can easily export all your exams, tests and quizzes as an Adobe PDF or Excel at any time.
