Reports 1 of 10 - Reports

This section allows you to view exam scores, number of retakes, graded exams, and to send reports to students.

  1. Sidebar (hidden) displays recent activity of students.
  2. Student scores displayed as hyperlinks lead to graded exams. Exams can be printed as PDF or Flashpaper.
  3. Email student scores, calculate averages or total student scores.

Teachers2 of 10 - Teachers

This section allow you to add, activate, deactivate, delete, and edit teachers.

  1. List of teachers and their status.
  2. Activate, deactivate, delete or email account information to one or more teachers at a time.
  3. Add or edit teacher accounts. Other teachers can be given privileges to add and edit student accounts.

Studetns3 of 10 - Students

This section allow you to add, activate, deactivate, delete, and edit students.

  1. List of students and their status.
  2. Activate, deactivate, delete or email account information to one or more students at a time.
  3. Add or edit student accounts.

Exams4 of 10 - Exams

This section allows you to add, activate, deactivate, delete, copy, and edit exams.

  1. Sidebar (hidden) displays list of exams for printing. Exams can be printed with or without answers as Adobe PDF or Flashpaper.
  2. List of exams and their status.
  3. Activate, deactivate, make private or public, delete or copy one or more exams at a time.
  4. Add or edit exams and set their properties: exam name, owner, passing score, randomize questions and/or answers etc.

Questions5 of 10 - Questions

This section allows you to add, edit, activate, deactivate, delete, reorder, and copy questions, and to upload attachments to questions.

  1. List of exams.
  2. List of questions.
  3. Reorder questions.
  4. Activate, deactivate, delete questions. Copy questions from one exam to another.
  5. Add or edit questions, answers, descriptions and attachments.

Enrollment6 of 10 - Enrollment

This section allows you to enroll, unenroll, and reset student enrollment.

  1. List of students, their exams, and score.
  2. Delete enrollment or reset exams. Notify students they are enrolled via email.
  3. Select one or more students and exams to enroll them.

Settings7 of 10 - Settings

This section allows you to customize your site's colors and logos, and to set exam property defaults.

  1. Edit your organization's name and domain name.
  2. Defaults for creating an exam (may be over-ruled when creating an exam).
  3. Set site colors (red, blue, green, gray, neutral, orange).
  4. Upload custom logos (paid accounts only).

Account8 of 10 - Account

This section allows you to manage your account.

  1. Edit or change account owner.
  2. Upgrade or downgrade your current plan.
  3. Edit your billing information.
  4. Cancel your account (one-click process).
  5. Sidebar (hidden) displays current plan, exams remaining, and invoices you can print as PDF or Flashpaper.

This section allows you to view quick start tutorials, read documentation, and submit feedback to Team Exam Professor.

  1. View interactive Flash-based tutorials.
  2. View or print documentation as Adobe Flashpaper.
  3. Email feedback, comments, or bugs directly to Team Exam Professor.

This section shows a multiple choice exam ready for the student to take.

  1. Name of organization, exam and teacher.
  2. Typical multiple choice question.
  3. Question attachments (supported graphics: JPG, GIF, and PNG).
  4. Students may receive instant feedback depending on teacher's specifications.
